1. Does Five Star provide on-site or off-site shredding services?
   Answer: Both



2. Will I receive a "Certification of Destruction"?
   Answer: Yes.
   Five Star provides a Certificate of Destruction for all jobs.



3. Can I drop the material off at your facility?
   Answer: Yes.
   Five Star offers drop-off service.



4. How do you charge for a one time purge?
   Answer: Five Star collects a flat rate per 95 gallon bin or on a per box basis. The greater the volume, the lower the price per unit.



5. Do you recycle shredded paper?
   Answer: Yes.
   Five Star works directly with Georgia Pacific to recycle our paper. Georgia Pacific takes our shredded paper to their pulp mill in Savannah Georgia and coverts the paper to reusable fiber for products such as paper towels, tissue paper, etc.. (Read more...)



6. Is Five Star certified?
   Answer: Yes.
   Five Star is "AAA Certified" through NAID, (National Association of Information Destruction), and is "Accredited" through the Better Business Bureau.



7. Are there any size/scope of the job limitations?
   Answer: No.
   Whether you have 5 boxes or 5000 boxes requiring destruction or storage, Five Star has the resources to complete the job.



8. Are my stored boxes secure?
   Answer: Yes. Five Star's facility is security monitored, climate controlled, and fire protected.



9. Do you offer any discounts?
   Answer: Yes.
   Five Star offers multiple discounts for clients with higher service frequencies, volume discounts, and for clients who utilize more than one of Five Star's services.



10. Are there any contract requirements?
    Answer: No.
    Five Star does not require any term contracts for our services. Clients may start, modify, or cancel their service at anytime.



11. Do I have to remove staples, paper clips, and binder clips before shredding?
    Answer: No.
    Five Star's shredders will destroy them all.



12. What types of payment options does Five Star accept?
    Answer: Invoices may be paid via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.



13. What geographical area does Five Star cover?
    Answer: Five Star services the entire Greater Atlanta area, approximately a 60 mile radius around downtown Atlanta. Five Star also offers "Nationwide" coverage through our partnership with IPSA, (Information Protection Solutions of America).



14. What are your hours of operation?
    Answer: Five Star's hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.



15. Do I need an appointment?
    Answer: No, but we recommend that you call our office before coming.
